Courtney Avery

President
Courtney returns as our President for 2022-2023. Courtney was a member of the Eta Zeta chapter at Elon University in North Carolina. She has previously served as VP Programs, VP Membership, and as the Sustainability Advisor to the Upsilon Chapter at UC Berkeley. She also serves as a National Officer for the fraternity on the Anniversary Committee and was awarded the fraternity's second highest honor, the Certificate of Merit in 2019. Courtney has focused her career on executive recruiting in Silicon Valley after completion of her graduate degree from Middlebury.
Sue Krauland

VP I Programs
Sue was initiated at our Theta Alpha chapter at the California State University, Chico. Sue lives in San Carlos amongst her beautiful gardens. She currently works at Dropbox and has had a successful career with some Bay Area retail giants including William Sonoma.

Shannon West

Vice President II, Membership
Shannon grew up on the East Coast (Maryland) and was initiated at Delta Gamma at High Point University in North Carolina. Shannon served as Historian for two years before transitioning to the position of VP of Membership in 2018. She has also been the Academic Advisor to UC Berkeley since 2017. Shannon has been a Management Consultant for over 20 years, with over 5 years here in Silicon Valley. Membership: svztamembership@gmail.com

Erica Ronchetto

Treasurer
Erica received her Bachelor's degree and PhD in Materials Science Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. She works at PARC as a Staff Researcher. She is our Treasurer this year and has been an advisor at UC Berkeley.

Andrea Warner Molinari
District President XIX-B
Andrea currently holds the national office of District President of Northern California/Northern Nevada. Andrea is also the ZTA delegate to the San Mateo Alumnae Panhellenic Chapter and the Volunteer Coordinator for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, Silicon Valley. Previously, Andrea served ZTA locally in various other alumnae chapter roles including Vice President and President. She was initiated into Theta Alpha chapter at California State University, Chico.
